Hi everyone. Thanks for your patience! We heard from Tatyana this morning that our case has been scheduled for next Wednesday. Hopefully we will get more good news then about travel dates, etc.
It's basically a court issue where certain papers have to be officially received before they can make a "ruling". (Remember, the adoption is still official). Taytana is positive as well as the judge in our case. That is good news.
We hope to have more concrete information next week sometime and of course we will share it with you.

God is ultimately in control (not some prosecutor). HE didn't bring you this far to let the adoption fail. You'll be home before you know it with your sweek little baby! You're in my thots & prayers! (Stacey gave me your blog. I adopted in Oct after 23 months of waiting on Kaz delays).
