Here we are in D.C.! We made it safely on our first leg of the trip. We are enjoying a visit with George and Shirley right now. Shirley hooked us up with lots of homemade goodies like sandwiches, brownies, and banana bread! It should be a great next flight because we'll have full bellies and extra goodies in our bags! Thanks so much, Mimi and Jiddy. Taylor had fun walking off the plane in her Elmo costume, and it was fun for Mimi and Jiddy to see her on Halloween! We are so glad to be on our way to meet our child! Thank you to Jenny for the sweet and encouraging blog. We love that you are all a true part of our journey!
